Connecting Loop Subscriptions
You need a Loop API key with read access. This takes about 2 minutes.

Open the Loop Merchant Portal
Log in via Shopify — open your Shopify admin, then navigate to the Loop Subscriptions app to access your store dashboard.

Navigate to Settings → API
In the sidebar, go to Settings and select API.

Generate a new API key
Click "Generate API key". Give it a descriptive name like Eternly.

Set the required permissions
Enable read access for: Subscriptions, Charges, Customers. Write access is not required and should not be granted.

Copy and paste the API key
Copy the generated key. Paste it into the Loop API key field on the Eternly Settings page.
Security note
The API key is stored encrypted and is only used to read subscription and charge data — never to modify your store.
