Quick start

Connect your Shopify store
Install the Eternly app from the Shopify App Store. Authorize access and your store will begin syncing immediately.

Connect your subscription platform
Add your Recharge, Loop, or Skio API key from the Integrations page. Eternly will pull up to 5 years of history.

Explore your analytics
Once the initial sync is complete (usually 5–15 minutes), navigate to Analytics to view your retention dashboard.

Meet Leon
Open the Leon panel from any analytics view. Leon will generate your first set of recommendations based on your data.
