Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Eternly — An Anchersen & Co. Company · Last updated: March 25, 2026
Our position: we do not sell or share your personal information.
Eternly does not sell your personal information. Eternly does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising purposes.
This page exists to be transparent about our practices and to provide California residents and others with a clear mechanism to submit privacy requests, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar US state privacy laws.
What “Sell” and “Share” mean under California law
Under the CCPA/CPRA:
- “Sell” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- “Share” means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioural advertising, regardless of whether money changes hands.
We do neither. Eternly is a B2B analytics platform. We do not have an advertising business model. We do not disclose personal information to data brokers, advertising networks, or any third party for the purpose of serving advertisements or building advertising profiles.
What we do with your data
We share data with a limited number of service providers (sub-processors) who help us operate the Eternly platform — for example, our database host and authentication provider. These are not “sales” or “shares” under the CCPA/CPRA because:
- They receive personal information only to perform specific services for Eternly
- They are contractually prohibited from using the data for their own purposes
- They are contractually prohibited from disclosing it to further parties without our permission
A full list of our sub-processors is available in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Global Privacy Control
We recognise and honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or browser extension has GPC enabled, we will treat this as an opt-out request for any sale or sharing of your personal information. No further action is needed on your part.
To learn more about GPC and how to enable it, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

For California residents — additional information
California “Shine the Light” Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Response timeline
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the reason and the extension in writing within the initial 45-day period. We will respond free of charge, up to twice per 12-month period per consumer.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity against information we already hold. We will not use this information for any other purpose.
Authorised agents
You may designate an authorised agent to submit requests on your behalf. The authorised agent must provide a signed written permission from you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Appeals
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal the decision by emailing hello@anchersenco.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov, or to your state attorney general.
