Connecting Skio
You need a Skio API key with read access. This takes about 2 minutes.

Open the Skio Merchant Portal
Log in via Shopify — open your Shopify admin, then navigate to the Skio app to access your store dashboard.

Navigate to Settings → API keys
In the sidebar, go to Settings and select API keys.

Create a new API key
Click "Create key". Name it Eternly.

Set the required permissions
Enable read access for: Subscriptions, Charges, Customers. Write access is not required and should not be granted.

Copy and paste the API key
Copy the key after creation — it may only be shown once. Paste it into the Skio API key field on the Eternly Settings page.
Security note
The API key is stored encrypted and is only used to read subscription and charge data — never to modify your store.
